Jennifer Glacel (she/her), LCSW, RPT-S

Jennifer Glacel is a founder and is the President of the Board of Directors of the Washington Interdisciplinary Neurodivergence Group, or WING.  Jenn has been a psychotherapist in private practice since 2009 and is the owner and founder of Seven Corners Psychotherapy. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play therapist-Supervisor, whose current focus is working with other clinicians, through training and supervision, to help them understand neurodivergence and autism and increase their skills in play therapy and using symbols and sandplay in therapy with clients of all ages. 

Julia Cantone (she/her), LCSW

Julia is a late-identified Autistic psychotherapist and founder of Rising Recovery and Psychotherapy in Alexandria, VA, where she provides neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families, trauma-focused interventions, parent coaching and substance use recovery coaching, as well as professional consultation for those seeking to understand their clients through the lens of the Neurodiversity Paradigm. Julia lives by the conviction that everyone deserves the opportunity for growth, healing and authenticity – no matter the obstacles, and regardless of how society has perceived them. As a founding member of WING, Julia hopes to expand upon her passion for helping people to better understand and trust themselves and feel empowered in their lives. Through advocacy, education and support, she hopes to build a better, more inclusive environment for coming generations that embraces the value and contributions of the vibrant array of neurotypes that exist in the world.

Tisha Moon (she/her), MS, LPC, NCC

Tisha Moon is a founding member and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Washington Interdisciplinary Neurodivergence Group, or WING. Tisha’s pronouns are she/her. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). As someone who is neurodivergent herself, she’s navigated life's ebbs and flows, and understands the unique challenges and strengths that come with perceiving and interpreting the world differently. She supports her clients as they explore the diversity of human expression without the constraints of societal standards. Whether through counseling, a blog post, or sharing resources, her goal is to see each person in their worthiness, even when they might struggle to see it themselves. As a board member of a non-profit organization, it's an honor for her to contribute to the mission of supporting and advocating for neurodivergent identities and experiences.

Lakhshmi Nagireddy Washington Interdisciplinary Neurodiversity Group

Lakhshmi Nagireddy is a social worker with extensive experience working in both school settings and private practice. She is especially passionate about working with children and has enjoyed working with neurodivergent children, especially those with ADHD and Autism. Lakhshmi believes that everyone should have a safe space to connect with others, to feel understood and accepted for who they are. 

Lakhshmi has been working with WING (Washington Interdisciplinary Neurodiversity Group as a board member. She has been working with volunteers to create events and spaces that feel supportive to them as well as their community. Lakhshmi's mission as a WING member is to help empower volunteers and others to create spaces that align with their vision as supported by WING.
